Introduction

This is a daily (more likely 2 times a week) walk through the life of renovating a 1928 house in the small town of Elk Park.

The house was built by Brinkley and was given to his grandson, Robbie 10 years ago. Robbie always the bachelor, has neglected the home for the last 10 years........Enters - girlfriend Tammy (me).

Over the next few days, a budget will be set (a very small one) and the house will be refurbished into a home over a period of 12 - 18 months.
